BRANCH LOCATIONS
Lafourche Parish Public Library meets the needs of its community through a system of nine branches, library headquarters, and a bookmobile. Branches are categorized as being either a main branch or satellite branch, and each branch is assigned to a particular region of the parish - north, central, or south.
*Our South Lafourche & Golden Meadow branches were significantly damaged during Hurricane Ida & are currently closed. Patrons are encouraged to visit the Larose Branch or our Library -2- Geaux Bookmobile for services.

Hours of Operation:
The Golden Meadow Branch suffered significant damage during Hurricane Ida and is slated for demolition. Library Administration and the Library Board are working alongside Parish Government to determine next steps in providing library services to the Golden Meadow community. Golden Meadow patrons are encouraged to visit our South Lafourche Storefront, located in the Tarpon Heights Shopping Center, for library services.
Community Wi-Fi Hub is located at Golden Meadow Town Hall for public use.

The Library -2- Geaux Bookmobile serves the southern areas of the parish while the Golden Meadow Branch damaged in Hurricane Ida is repaired.
Available services include: checkout from items on site; holds pick-up; WiFi & computer access; copying, printing & faxing; Take & Make crafts.
